Therapist - Hazel Saville

Hazel was born & raised in Swansea. She started her career at the age of 22 as a social worker in an inner London borough. After six years in this work she concluded that it was very much like sticking plaster over a deep wound that really needed cleaning and stitching. Clients were usually offered temporary solutions that were unable to address patterns of behavior resulting from their underlying beliefs; early patterning, and lack of self-esteem and confidence. Subsequently Hazel undertook a search for a solution which led to a to a study of many different therapeutic approaches and considerable personal growth. Hazel has worked in a number of different therapeutic settings.

Hazel qualified with The National School of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NSHAP) in 1999 as a practitioner in Therapeutic Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. She was awarded the NSHAP Advanced Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma after undergoing further training; an extended period of clinical supervision; and given evidence of advanced practitioner competence.

Subsequently Hazel trained in Theta DNA Healing with Vianna from the USA (who devised this system), Hazel is now an advanced teacher of this method. She is also a certified Advanced Theta DNA Healing Practitioner. See www.thetadnahealinguk.co.uk for more details.

Hazel's other qualifications include: BA (Hons), Dip SW, Cert Counseling, Master Practitioner NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Master Practitioner Time Line Therapy. Hazel also holds the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice and is a Senior member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (www.general-hypnotherapy-register.com). Hazel has also trained in a number of other healing approaches, including Reconnective healing.

Hazel is also a poet, song writer and artist. All the art on this site has been created by Hazel.
