A Centre of Excellence for Hypnotherapy: The Golden Hill Therapy Centre is a Centre of Excellence for Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy & Theta Healing. Life Change Therapy combines the best of these, together with some other modern therapies (for example Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT) in a unique way, individually tailored as appropriate for each individual and their own goals.

It is set in the midst of its own 56 acres of quiet, beautiful countryside in the hills. It is six miles from Carmarthen, 12.6 miles from Ammanford, half an hour's drive from Llandeilo, 21 miles from Llanelli. Also serving Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. ii) Life Change Therapy is now also available in Swansea!
Appointments are now available at at 6 Glamorgan St., near the Bus Station by Tesco's, with free on street parking opposite for one hour and a car park close at hand for longer appointments.

iii) The Farm Walk: Bring your boots and combine your therapy visit with an optional free walk round this beautiful farm! We will provide you with a map. All we ask is that you respect the countryside and close all gates after you.
